• A Personal Journey That Became a Mission

  • Stratos Wellness™ was founded by Kyle and Tricia Nelson. Our story didn’t begin in a boardroom or a lab. It began in our home.

    When Tricia was pregnant with our two children, she struggled with nausea during both pregnancies. Like many expecting mothers, she tried nearly everything recommended to help manage it - drinks, candies, syrups, lozenges, and other remedies.

    Unfortunately, most of the options available had serious drawbacks. Many products were loaded with sugar or syrups, some had unpleasant smells, others tasted terrible, and many simply didn't help at all. While everyone’s body reacts differently to wellness products, we were surprised by how few options truly focused on clean ingredients, thoughtful formulation, and a positive user experience. That experience opened our eyes to something important: There has to be a better way.

    Millions of women experience nausea during pregnancy, yet many products available to them feel outdated, overly processed, or poorly designed for the modern wellness consumer.

So we asked a simple question:

What would the ideal solution look like?

As a licensed dentist, Tricia was especially mindful of the impact of sugar on oral health, which made avoiding sugar-heavy solutions a top priority. 

The Idea Behind Hyva™

We wanted to create something that we would personally feel confident using and recommending to the people we care about most. Our vision for Hyva™ was simple: A product that supports hydration and maternal wellness while avoiding the common frustrations many mothers experience with existing products. We set out to design something that would be:
